The direct mail ad was designed to be sent over email since many people in modern society check their email and just throw away junk mail. The ad looks very similar to the magazine ad, the elements are just switched around. The headline also doubles as a slogan, as it appears on many of the other ads which will help increase brand recognition. The picture isn't one of just cupcakes, but of French pastries to help get the message of the store selling more than just cupcakes across. There is the basic store information such as times and location, but it also mentions that all the goods are made daily and from scratch to help draw customers in. The website link and social media handle is also at the bottom so people can find more information. The "order now" button is also placed on the ad as a link to order baked goods online which will be easier for those customers who cannot make it to the store. |
